Ingredients

Oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • pinch of Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon half-and-half (optional)
Garnish (as desired):
  • dried fruits
  • fresh fruits
  • nuts
  • pure maple syrup or agave syrup

Instructions

In an oven-safe bowl, combine oats, water, and a pinch of Kosher salt.

Place the oven rack in the second position.

Set the bowl on the rack and close the door.

Set Wolf Convection Steam Oven to Steam Mode at 210°F for 20 minutes.

No stirring needed.

Remove with a hot pad or towel and let cool slightly.

Garnish and serve.
