Fresas con Crema

Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries
2 cups sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup evaporated milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Remove and discard the stems from the strawberries. Slice the strawberries thinly and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Divide the sliced strawberries evenly among 4 to 6 cups or bowls. Top each with the sweet cream mixture.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Note: Feel free to add toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate chips or chunks, chopped nuts, or something crunchy for added texture. Try substituting strawberries with other fruits like peaches or blueberries for variety.
