Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons milk or non-dairy milk
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined. Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips, and stir until a smooth batter forms. Transfer the batter into a large mug. Place in a Wolf Speed Oven or microwave and cook for 60 to 90 seconds, until the cake is just set and slightly shiny on top. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving. Serve warm as is, or garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
