Ingredients

  • 4 medium ears of corn, shucked

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened

Instructions

Preparation

Shuck 4 medium ears of corn.

Place the corn cobs onto the Perforated Wolf Convection Steam Oven pan.

Insert the pan into the Wolf Convection Steam Oven on rack position 2.

Oven Programming

Select Gourmet, Vegetables, Sweet Corn, Corn on the Cob, Cooking, Press Select.

The oven will begin a 35-minute steam cooking cycle.

Finishing

Carefully remove the pan of corn from the oven.

Set the pan on a heat-safe workspace.

Using a brush or utensil, spread softened salted butter over each cob.

Serve immediately while warm.
