Ingredients
- 6 peeled garlic cloves
- ¼ cup raw pine nuts
- 4 cups fresh basil leaves
- 24 fresh mint leaves
- ½ to 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a food processor, purée the garlic, pine nuts, basil, and mint with the olive oil until a medium-coarse purée forms.
